Kentucky AGC-SIF Workers' Compensation Program
Membership in WKCA entitles your firm to apply for participation in the Kentucky AGC Self-Insurance Fund providing workers' compensation coverage. The plan is established on a nonprofit basis to benefit WKCA members. All employer members are allowed a guaranteed advance discount of up to 15% on their premium. Plus, members may receive additional savings at the end of the year through a distribution of excess premiums and earnings not used for claims and administration.
